This evening while I was working on my latest painting: the Atlantic Puffin I heard some strange noises coming from outside. I thought that it was some neighbor. I didn’t pay much attention to the noise. Then someone was trying to open to screen on the window. I looked and came face to face with a raccoon! It stared at me for many minutes with its glowing eyes and continued to try to get in. The raccoon completely startled me because I was worried that it might be the skunk that I smelled earlier.
